Terms of service
- Mandatory Resolution Agreement: By purchasing from my store YukiArtsStudio, you agree to contact me for support at yukiarts3@gmail.com to resolve any issues regarding your order before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card provider.
- Breach of Terms: Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us is considered a breach of these Terms.
- Account Suspension: I reserve the right to permanently ban any customer who files a fraudulent or "friendly fraud" chargeback (disputing a legitimate charge for goods received).
- Recovery of Costs: In the event of an unjustified chargeback, I reserve the right to recover the full transaction amount plus any non-refundable chargeback fees (e.g., $15 USD) through a third-party collection agency.
