Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Refunds for Pre-Orders cannot be given one purchased unless the pre-order is cancelled outright.

Refunds cannot be given once item has dispatched to the destination however please message me if your parcel did not arrive. I will do my best to solve your issue.
